Location: Prime location Bismarck
Travel: Travel to Washburn required
Schedule: Minimum 3.5-day workweek | Flexible scheduling

We are a growing multidisciplinary outpatient clinic seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our collaborative care team. Our clinic integrates physical therapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy to help patients achieve full, lasting recovery.

What You’ll Treat

Our Physical Therapists manage common outpatient orthopedic and vestibular conditions, including:

• Low back pain

• Neck pain

• Shoulder pain

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Vertigo / vestibular conditions

• Sports-related injuries

Role & Expectations

• Evaluate patients independently and develop individualized plans of care

• One-on-one treatment with 1-hour sessions

• Treat patients at least twice weekly during the acute phase, tapering frequency as they improve

• Confidently collaborate with chiropractors and massage therapists to optimize patient outcomes

• Integrate complementary services when appropriate to support full recovery

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)

• Comfortable practicing independently within a team-based model

• Outpatient experience preferred

• Passionate about treating common orthopedic conditions and bringing a specialty you’re excited about (e.g., sports rehab, vestibular therapy, post-op care, chronic pain, women’s health, etc.)—we encourage integrating your specialty into the clinic

• Dry needling certification is a plus, but not required

• Willing to travel to Washburn as part of the role
