My journey into chiropractic care began with a personal challenge—and turned into a
lifelong passion for helping others heal naturally and fully. After experiencing back
injuries as a collegiate athlete, I discovered firsthand how chiropractic care could offer a natural, effective path to recovery. Not only did it relieve my pain, it allowed me to
continue doing the sport I loved. That pivotal experience inspired me to help others find the same relief and freedom through chiropractic care.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from
North Dakota State University, where I was also a proud member of the Bison Women’s
Track and Field team. After finishing my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern
Health Sciences University, I had a strong desire to return home to the community that
raised me.
I’m trained in both manual and instrument-assisted adjusting techniques, tailored to fit
your specific needs and comfort level. In addition, I offer a range of complementary
therapies, including acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation, active
and manual muscle release techniques, and personalized exercise programs designed
just for you.
What I love most about my work is the opportunity to truly connect with my
patients—getting to know each individual and partnering with them on their journey to
better health. I enjoy working with people of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me adventuring with my dog, Louis, spending time
with friends and family, or traveling to explore new places.
I’m excited to be part of your wellness journey and look forward to helping you feel your
best!
