I truly love helping people get back to doing what they love most. Whether it’s returning to work, chasing after grandkids, or getting back on the golf course, seeing the difference physical therapy can make in someone’s life is what inspires me every day.
I grew up on a small farm in east-central Minnesota and followed my passion for helping others by attending the University of North Dakota, where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Over the past nine plus years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, especially in rural communities. That experience has given me a strong foundation in treating a wide range of conditions—from post-surgical rehab to chronic pain and everything in between.
In addition to general physical therapy, I’m certified in dry needling, women’s health, and LSVT BIG (a specialized treatment for Parkinson’s disease). I love finding the right approach for each individual and helping them get back to the routines and activities that make life meaningful.
Not long after finishing school, I moved to the Bismarck/Mandan area to join my husband. We’ve since built a life here in North Dakota, and now have two amazing kids, Finley and Remi, who keep us on our toes! When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors—gardening, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping—or spending quality time with family and friends.
