I’ve been a massage therapist for nearly 22 years! My journey began at Heritage College in Denver, where I graduated in 2004 and earned my Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy in 2007. After returning home to North Dakota, I became licensed in 2013 and have been working in New Salem ever since. I also joined Focus Chiropractic in January 2024, where I see clients on Fridays.
From the very beginning of my training, I knew massage therapy was more than just a career—it was a calling. I love helping people feel better in their bodies and seeing the relief and calm that comes after a good session.
I grew up on a farm west of Mandan, ND, where life revolved around horses, kittens, and wide-open spaces. I’m the youngest of seven, so by the time I came along, farm work was slowing down—but I still got a taste of that hardworking farm life!
In 2009, I married my high school classmate, and together we have five wonderful kids.
When I’m not helping clients relax and heal, you can find me spending time with my family, soaking up small-town life, and enjoying the beautiful North Dakota outdoors.
